What You’ll Be Doing:

✨ Creating meaningful learning experiences and nurturing environments that support our little legends to grow and shine.

🤝 Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and your teammates.

🎨 Leading a fun, collaborative team that values creativity, laughter, and lifelong learning.

📘 Bringing the EYLF and NQF to life in ways that are thoughtful, engaging, and tailored to each child’s journey.

🌟 Growing with us through ongoing professional development, team events, and support that makes you feel like family.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care —and minimum 1 year experience as a Room Leader in an ECEC setting.

💼 A warm, reliable, and team-focused attitude with a genuine love for children and education.

🛡 A valid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain), First Aid, and training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety.

📚 A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and best practices in early education.

✅ Availability Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm.
