About the Role

As a Room Leader, you’ll take the lead in your room and help shape a warm, stimulating environment for our little learners. You’ll guide your team, inspire young minds, and bring fun, structure, and creativity into each day.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Inspiring young minds by leading your room with energy and purpose, creating a space where both children and educators feel empowered to thrive.
  • Designing with heart by planning and delivering hands-on, play-based programs that reflect children’s interests and developmental needs, while embracing culture and individuality.
  • Building lasting bonds by fostering meaningful relationships with families and your team through open communication, respect, and shared goals.
  • Learning, leading and progressing by being part of a workplace that supports your journey—whether you're building your confidence, deepening your expertise, or taking the next big step in your career.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or working towards it)
  • Valid WWCC and relevant safety and child protection training (or willingness to obtain)
  • Knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards
  • Up to date First Aid  (or willingness to obtain)
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a heart full of passion for early learning
