About the Team Leader Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can thrive. You will:

• Set the standard and lead the team in providing high-quality care and education, fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate, creative, and inclusive activities that inspire children’s curiosity and growth.
• Support children’s physical and emotional wellbeing, ensuring a space that celebrates diversity and makes everyone feel included.
• Work closely with team members, sharing knowledge and guidance to foster a strong, supportive team culture.

You have :

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards it) or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA.
• Demonstrated experience working with children in an early education setting.
• Leadership qualities with a passion for inspiring young minds and nurturing their growth.
• A current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification.
• A commitment to ongoing learning, development, and inclusivity in the workplace.
