What Do You Need to Be Successful?

• Current enrolment in a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to enrol).
• A passion for working with children and an eagerness to learn.
• A current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• A commitment to building a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
